SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Barneys New York unveiled its ninth flagship Thursday with the opening of a store here that mixes ultra cool and whimsical design and display with touches of the Southwest desert. I have never been to Scottsdale, Arizona, but I have been to Barneys and I'm quite positive that this would lift my spirits if ever faced with having to go there.
